I recently had my car serviced at your dealership and I want to tell you a bit about my experience. On short notice, Ron was able to set up an appointment for the same day. Upon my arrival, I handed my keys to Jacq, she verified my information, and I was on my way out the door with your shuttle driver. He was most accomodating and I enjoyed the trip back to my office. A short while later, Jacq called to suggest a rotating of the tires and told me my ride back to your dealership is on schedule. At the allotted time, Mike picked me up right in front of my office and we were off. Jacq explained the details of my servicing and I was off to reception. She shook my hand and I paid my bill. All pretty standard stuff on the surface. However, something stood out in my mind about this particular visit and I wasn't sure what it was. It later came to me. This visit was seamless, but more importantly, all the members of your staff left a good impression. I had six people attend to me and all of them were focused on that task.
